Returning to UNCG
In 1997 I received my MFA in Drama with a concentration in Film and Video from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. While I was nominally part of the film program, I took many classes from the theater department. Which is why I’m thrilled to say that I’ve been invited back to Greensboro this month to take part in a new play development lab. It’s been over 20 years since I’ve been back and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s changed and what’s the same. And of visiting my old home base - the Tate Street Coffeehouse.

Lights' landmark album and comic book project 'Skin & Earth' is set to be adpated into a TV series and now we know who will be taking on the writing duties! Jennifer Kretchmer & Jay Bushman will be handling the adaptation as it prepares to hit screens. — RocksoundTV
2ND CIVIL WAR VR Experience Premieres at Tribeca Film Festival’s Immersive Lab
The “2ND CIVIL WAR” VR Experience is an interactive scripted narrative set a few years in the future, in a United States being ripped apart. Cities across the nation have been occupied by local insurgents and warlords. You play a journalist being given a unique opportunity to enter one of these conflicts zones to interview people with unique connections to the rebellion. The questions you ask — and the ways that you ask them — will determine how they respond to you and what you will learn.
From Friday 4/26 though Sunday 5/4 at the Tribeca Festival Hub.
