About

Training for conversations with real stakes

AVEnueS (Accenture Virtual Experience Solution) put case workers inside difficult, realistic scenarios where the "right" response wasn't obvious: a family where body language contradicts what's being said; a situation that might escalate to violence; a moment where racial bias enters the room without anyone naming it. I helped to write and design the branching narrative for four experiences, developing scripts, designing interactive flow, working with writers on best practices for IVR story design.

AVEnueS won Best VR/AR at Mobile World Congress 2019 and was a finalist for a SXSW Innovation Award.
